The point being - Alvin Hollis, specifically Mr. Gargiulo doesn't push the upsell; only an objective evaluation of the situation. Infact, there is never any pressure - even when I recently converted from an oil-fired hotwater heater to an electric. All of my questions were answered by Mr Gargiulo - patiently and professionally over a 2 week period prior to signing the contract. I very much appreciated all of his work on the project!! Also, the "Budget Plan" has really been a godsend in paying for services. The entire staff (especially Pat, when i call with questions, or asking for information) has always been courteous, professional, and knowledgable!! Finally, having been a care-giver for 8 years for my mom (with a debilitating health condition) I could not afford to be with out heat or hot water. The emergency service response time by Alvin Hollis, on the coldest, stormiest days and nights were amazing!!
