“Murphy Coal & Oil has come through every time we needed. Last year our furnace die on us and they came out right away, gave us their recommendation and got a new one in within days. Then water heater broke and they got it done on the same day no extra charge. The guys are friendly, explains everything and just easy to work with! They are my go to!“

“Holy cow, this guy couldn't possibly be any nicer! My condo was built in 1969 and the zone valve was stuck so the heat wouldn't shut off. Charlie did some trouble-shooting over the phone (no charge) and came the following day before noon. After looking it over, he determined the system was super old and made several phone calls to find the correct replacement part which in itself hasn't been easy. He explained a bit about how the system worked (I hate not understanding this stuff!) in a simple and non-condescending way, which I really appreciate. Lastly he was very fair with what he charged me. I highly recommend him!“

“I can not say enough about this company. My AC unit was not working & I had a person tell me I had to replace the WHOLE unit plus some but I called Mass Heating, they came right away & fixed it in a 1/2 hour. no parts or anything. The technician was so knowledgeable. I didn't believe him when he came in the house & said you have air conditioning again. WOW they are AWESOME! It was a Pleasant experience From the beginning w/ the girl who answered the phone to the end.“
