My AC unit was not working & I had a person tell me I had to replace the WHOLE unit plus some but I called Mass Heating, they came right away & fixed it in a 1/2 hour. no parts or anything. The technician was so knowledgeable. I didn't believe him when he came in the house & said you have air conditioning again. WOW they are AWESOME! “Dave is a professional , not many guys go the extent that Dave goes while diagnosing a problem, he takes his time because he wants to do it right all while working to stay on schedule, which a lot of people might not understand but can be extremely hard. “Our Fujitsu HVAC Mini-splits were having some issues and throwing an error sign. I contacted ECCO and they were here the next day to check things out. The problem was quickly diagnosed and all the options laid out to me to decide from. They ordered the part that day and came back and installed immediately once it was in stock, less than a week later. “Northern Comfort installed our first heating system when our house was new 32 years ago. they were always responsive and provided quick service when needed over the years. we used them again when the the first burner finally gave out about 7 years ago. the new heater just gave out last week and Northern Comfort showed up first thing the next morning. within 24 hours of discovering the problem we were good to go. this Sunday am, we woke up to a freezing house and within an hour on a Sunday, they were here and got it going again again.
