“Our ac suddenly stopped cooling a few days before the 4th of July. We had a family party scheduled at our house. Timing couldn't have been worse. I called after hours to Comfort Designs and left a message. Casey called me back in 3 minutes! She quickly scheduled us for 8 am. Scott arrived at 8 am and quickly gave the bad news! Compressor out. He said he wasn't sure he could get the new unit before the 4th. He said he'd do his best. He made some calls, left and promised an update soon. I got a call back within 30 minutes. They were able to get the unit and 2 men installed that afternoon. I've rarely experienced this level of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction. I was very grateful to Scott, Casey and everyone involved in pulling off a 4th of July miracle!“

“This is a great family-owned business with people who care about their customers. My 16-year-old furnace stopped three times this winter, the first time on a Saturday when it was 10 below zero. John came out that morning; unfortunately, it had started working again. This happened two more times. He came out and didn’t charge me! I appreciated that he was reluctant to start replacing parts when it was impossible to figure out what was going on since the furnace was always working when he got to my house. I finally decided to replace the unit. It was up and running within three hours.“

“If I could rate above 5 stars, I would. Top tier service, quality, timing, and honest pricing. We just moved into a house and the HVAC system was in dire need of repairs. They came in and replaced the whole flue system, installed an air filter door, ran bathroom exhausts, and installed new wiring and an Ecobee unit. Everything looks great and they cleaned up after their work was finished.“

“Responsive, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST.I was burned by two previous services, the last of which, Bob Hamilton, attempted to defraud me. The technician showed me a video she said she took of the inside of our furnace, that it was severely rusted and presented a grave danger of gas leaking or worse. Said they would send someone out to give an estimate of the cost of replacing and then shut off the gas. DT Mechanical was recommended and Mike came immediately the next day. He showed there was no rust and that the furnace was operating properly. Hamilton’s response was to send a supervisor to look at it, seemed to think the furnace was okay when in my house, but their report was their technician was correct. I had to threaten to report the company to the authorities before they would even let me out of the contract.I just had a requirement to disconnect the compressor for re-grading next to my house. Toni at DT was so very understanding and arranged for Wally to disconnect in the morning and re-connect late that afternoon in order that we not be without air conditioning on a 90 degree day.I give them the highest recommendation.“

“Kenny and his crew did a great job. We had a very unique situation due to a lot of remodeling, dividing up rooms and a new wood burning stove (which heats the upstairs fine but not the basement).
