There are a couple of seemingly little things that made this company so great to work with, both of which fall under basic courtesy--something the other companies I talked to lacked. Nick arrived about 10 minutes early for our first meeting (per my Ring cam), and he didn't knock on my door until our meeting time! I was working until our planned time, and this was just a really nice thing to do. He also never made me feel like I *had* to talk on the phone (though we did a couple of times). This was great for a number of reasons, from preferring to get high-cost things in writing to simply not enjoying talking on the phone!

My "toxic trait" is that I am a bit too much of a planner, meaning I tend to be very proactive about upcoming work dates and such. I know this bugs some people I hire, but I never felt that way from Nick.

The crew worked incredibly quickly. Everything I found said the work could take as much as 2x as long as it did! I didn't have a huge job, but I have a feeling a couple of things were unnecessarily complicated (though they never said as much) because of the quality of the original work.

Overall, if and when I need services they offer again, they'll be the first people I call.“

“Vern does the winterizing for my sprinklers. I had run into an issue with my sprinklers not working and called him and he provided me things to troubleshoot the issue on the phone. He was booked out for weeks so he wasn't able to come out to the house to take a look himself. I was able to fix the issue based on his guidance. He even called after hours once he was finished with the work for the today to follow-up. I offered to pay for the services even though he didn't have to come out to help me fix the issue and he wouldn't accept any money.“

“The overall experience of building with Homoly was a very positive process. All the staff we worked with were very professional and genuinely nice people. The detail cost sharing is very beneficial to keep tabs on your budget. There is full disclosure of where the money is being spent and to whom. The cost plus methodology is very transparent, but can create somewhat of a conflict of interest if you are attempting to manage a tight budget. The selection coordinator role is very beneficial and well worth the investment. Molly and staff are excellent. The key ingredient in the process is the role of the superintendent. Having this detailed, driven member constantly overseeing projects keeps everything on track and issues addressed quickly. I think the dedication to this process in the Homoly process is invaluable. It is also key to have a good working relationship with this member. Wallace is who we worked with through the process and I am sure the project would have been much less successful and less enjoyable without him. The team is very focused on the process and how to improve it along the way. Variations off the standard process will typically need escalation before proceeding. We wished we would have pushed to have senior management involved in the some details subsequent to the sales and cost phases.
We love our new house and the quality of the product and service we received from Homoly. The ongoing follow-up and service from the team and superintendent are outstanding.“

The quote came in very competitive with all other quotes I had received from about 5 local companies for a full master bath remodel. The process of meeting a designer and bringing our vision to life was way easier than I thought it would be and they helped us find the right combos of colors and tiles that would make our vision come to life.Once the work began, every employee who was involved with the project were polite and friendly and most importantly did an extremely good job.
