While I did not get any work complete, I am very impressed with SmartPrice Asphalt Sealcoating. I had reached out needing a quote for service. Pretty quickly, I got a response indicating that the service I needed was not something that this company does. I did not just get a response saying they could to help me, but I was also given information for another company that could. To me....that is going above and beyond. I truly appreciate the effort.
I contacted 4 companies for a quote. Only 2 got back to me. Smartprice sealcoating came out immediately and provided a quote the same day that included price and scope of work. The second company took almost a week and provided only a price and not scope of work. I contacted Jim with Smartprice and he immediately got me on the schedule, came when he said he would, provided more service than required and then cleaned up the job site and taped of the work site to keep anyone from walking on the sealcoat until it dried.Overall a very impressive performance.Jim D.
Jim returned my call quickly and set up an appointment right away. He was on site when he said he was going to be and got the job done quickly and thoroughly! Very friendly and explained everything about his process. Excellent!
