Their design process was thorough, and they used their experience and creative skills to take our ideas and make them workable. When it was time to build, they ensured that all of our components were ready and that the details (permits, egress, dumpster, timing, remediation, etc.) were all sorted out. They gave us a schedule and stuck to it--our project manager was outstanding, and kept us informed and the construction teams on track.The results were, frankly, beyond what we expected. “Hossein and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job remodeling our entire house. Work included all new custom cabinets, remodels of 4 bathrooms, all new hardwood floors, painting of the whole interior of the house, all new windows, opening up load bearing walls, and bringing life to a house in need of some love. He worked great with our designer and also brought along tons of his own great design ideas. All work was permitted and passed demanding Leawood inspections no problem. We will of course hire Hossein again.“
