“Schloegel worked with us to make a bathroom that is both modern and classic; it fits our 1930's home but has all of the latest amenities. Their design process was thorough, and they used their experience and creative skills to take our ideas and make them workable. When it was time to build, they ensured that all of our components were ready and that the details (permits, egress, dumpster, timing, remediation, etc.) were all sorted out. They gave us a schedule and stuck to it--our project manager was outstanding, and kept us informed and the construction teams on track.The results were, frankly, beyond what we expected. Excellent craftsmanship, a beautiful, functional space that we can enjoy daily, and a showpiece for our home. The services provided by Schloegel are "white glove" from end-to-end. “Our 34 year old home is built on a steep and wood lot with limited access to the back yard, and when it was time to replace our rotten deck, we invited 6 companies to give us bids. Our deck is about 23 off the ground! Only two companies were brave enough to even offer us a bid, and Acumen won the contract. Their price was definitely not cheap, but this was a very challenging job. We are thrilled with the outcome and expect our new deck to last longer than WE will! The guys with Acument were VERY helpful in the planning process, very professional and prompt, and they worked great with the city of Shawnee building inspector. I don't know if the photos here will give you the idea, but take a look.“

Some of my frame pieces had rotted, and they got new wood in there and preserved the composite decking, and they raised the front step which had sunken. They also went above and beyond and fixed a piece of the railing that I had forgotten needed fixing!“
“I got really lucky today, that I contacted Vern and he was right around the corner. He wrapped up the winterization in the most efficient way, did a great job and was very transparent. I was latch onto his services for sprinkler care in the future, for sure.It is close to the first freeze and another company I signed up for annual sprinkler maintenance was just stalling me since the last few months, citing a busy schedule.
