“I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with PG and Tyler came out to complete the job. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional.What was to be a simple dryer vent cleaning turned into a 2 visits, due to a dryer vent pipe that had shifted and needed to be moved into position for the dryer to vent properly.Tyler and Leo showed outstanding professionalism and customer service and they were able to work together to get my vent cleaned out and working.All of the work they put in should have cost much more than PG charged me, I am very grateful. I will go to them for my HVAC needs in the future.“

Jim, my sales guy, was knowledgeable and took plenty of time answering all my questions. They did their own J-load calculation (not all hvac dealers did that) and really dialed me in. The install team was really friendly and efficient. The price I was quoted and paid was very competitive, as well. I was very happy with this transaction and they deserved this great review. I’ll be using them for future work and will be using them for plumbing, as well.“
