Able to fit us in on short notice and honestly assessed our furnace to ensure it was working properly without any unnecessary or additional costs. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend to anyone!
Kevin was very thorough in explaining everything while looking over the furnace. Luckily for us it was a quick and easy repair but he stayed longer to answer more questions about the furnace that we had. Highly recommend, we will use him again if needed!
We have had issues for well over 5 years after a larger company installed a brand new AC Unit. We have had several companies out to try and find the issue, as it constantly freezes up. Nobody could figure out the issue, instead told us we need to replace all of the HVAC system including the ductwork. Kevin was able to find the issue, inform us what caused it and provide a solution. He also found a baby chipmunk nest in a unit, and replaced the wires while at our home. We will only trust Manz Heating and cooling with all of our HVAC needs.
