Shelby came to my house to diagnose a thermostat issue. It was a complicated issue. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue. I would recommend him to work on HVACs.
We had Shelby come and do an assessment on one of our furnaces on January 24th.Gabriel had checked out the furnace the day before and had some concerns about the carbon monoxide his meter was reading. He was concerned that the heat exchanger was broken but he did not have an endoscope camera to evaluate the heat exchanger. Shelby came out and verified that the heat exchanger was perfectly fine and that our carbon monoxide levels were around 30 ppm and an order of magnitude below levels of concerns. Shelby was just here to repair my furnace and I can give him a positive review for the work that he did. He was friendly, professional and explained everything that he did. Masters should not have charged for the call because it was a mistake from the previous service call. I highly recommend Shelby, not so much masters. But the response time was great!
