“Collin was friendly, listened to my concerns, fixed the problem and serviced my furnace. Auburn Heating and Cooling also installed the furnace and AC in 2019 and did a great job, was very informative, and they came in at a lower estimate than three other local companies. We are thrilled with the furnace and air conditioner installed in 2019, have had zero mechanical problems, and the cause of the issue Collin fixed was not a furnace issue, it was a gas valve issue.
