Not at Visionary Eyecare...super clean facility, extra friendly staff, and ultra modern equipment. The result was a superior exam and glasses that I can actually use. Can't recommend enough.“

“I have always had a fear of anyone getting near my eyes. Last year at 54 I finally needed some glasses. They were so kind and accommodating despite how anxious I was. So… I came back and this year I was much less anxious and just really stopped to appreciate Dr. Reynolds encouraging spirit and kind attitude. “I would like to first start off by saying that Dr. Hurt and Jamal in Optical are AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and both answered any question I had. Even talking with the scheduler on the phone was a pleasant experience! She was super nice and made sure my insurance was up to date.BUT, this was my first time at KY Eye Care and sadly this experience was sullied by the unnamed tech who took my prescription, got my info, and dilated me. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or else I would name drop, but she has blonde hair, glasses, and the WORST attitude I have ever come across. I have never been treated like less than a human being. She was rude and not personable at all. Maybe she was having a bad day (she was cussing when the computer was acting up), but still…like customer service is part of the gig, girl. I find this to be a big deal because she spends just as much time with the patient as the OD, and she did not represent KEC in a positive light. Thanks!“

“A bug became lodged in my eye on Monday night while biking - they were able to get me in to see Dr. Martorana on Tuesday morning (for urgent care). He was able to remove it quickly and painlessly & was very helpful with answering my questions. He even sent a new prescription over to the pharmacy when the first one was ringing up way more expensive than it should have. Really wonderful experience at Falls City & I will likely return for my next regular eye exam!“

Krebs was the only Optical group in Louisville who was able to deal with my special needs. Since Mark has retired from a full-time schedule, he decided to train Courney and Krystal regarding my glasses. I picked up my glasses today and they are perfect. “10/10 This store is amazing, if you aren't going here to get your glasses then you're missing out greatly. I've bought one pair of prescription glasses here so far. The glasses were custom fit to my face structure which is amazing. No pushing glasses up or ears hurting from the frames sitting on them. I even accidentally crushed my frames with a chair at one point which bent the frames and he fixed the glasses for me no charge. This shop gives you a personal touch and quality that big businesses just can't keep up with.“

“I’ve been going to this Walmart Vision Center since 2010. John had been great although not there anymore. Patrick and Tina are great and on point. Great sales and excellent customer service. Both have a comfortable pleasant demeanor. I get my prescription by Dr. Gary in the mall and bring it here. My glasses are better quality and only 1/3 cost of the place in the mall. They have one year warranty included in the cost. I usually get a free case and free glass cleaner with each pair I buy. I recommend this particular vision center.Update: Tina and Patrick are great.I was not impressed with the doctor that performs exams at this location and I prefer Dr. Gary in Greentree Mall.update: different attitude from staff.update: must have an appointment.
