“I contacted Brilliant Plumbers and spoke with Nick, to schedule a consultation. Upon the appointment date, Nick arrived in a timely manner and appeared in a professional manner. After a thorough assessment, he determined the source of my plumbing issue efficiently. He created a plan of action to correct the issue, advised of the necessary steps (which included traveling to multiple stores in a vast radius, if the local stores were without the required parts) and provided more than one option. His quoted price was reasonable. He came back, as promised, the next day, to perform the work. Prior to beginning work, he provided an approximate timeframe of completion and what to expect. “I cannot thank Mark enough for coming to my rescue when another company (Ace Plumbing) in Brookfield left me in a bind. After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed. The second time Ace came out (under warranty) they told me I needed a full replacement of the pipe which was many, many thousands of dollars and Ace Plumbing told me they couldn't clear the clog. In my frustration and desperation, I called Mark, and I’m so glad I did.
Mark showed up promptly, assessed the situation with professionalism, and got straight to work. Unlike Ace Plumbing, Mark took the time to understand the root of the problem (literally!) and used the right tools and techniques to clear the blockage thoroughly. “I was referred to Preferred Plumbing by my elderly neighbor who has called on them for many years. (She's very particular so I figured anyone she uses must be good.) I had a sudden clog on my sink drain that I couldn't remedy with my personal drain snake.
