“Outstanding Service – Should’ve Called Walsh First!

Over the busy Easter holiday, we experienced a major plumbing stoppage. Our first call was to a larger named plumbjng company, but unfortunately, their technician seemed inexperienced. After running a cable through the toilet drain with no success, he continued suggesting more work without any clear resolution—only driving up the bill.

Frustrated, we sought a second opinion and were referred to Walsh Services Inc. From the moment we spoke to dispatch, the experience was completely different—courteous, prompt, and professional. Jim and Mark arrived quickly, assessed the problem right away, and had the issue resolved within just 45 minutes.

Not only were they efficient, but they were also respectful of our home, taking great care to keep our newly remodeled bathrooms spotless as they worked. To top it off, the cost was only a third of what the large named plumbing company charged—and Walsh actually fixed the problem.

“Royal Plumbing recently installed two new water heaters for me. One was leaking badly. It was a dual tank system and Danny immediately fixed it so we had a working water heater available in the interim. Two days later they installed a new dual water heater system. The plumbers, Danny and Larry were outstanding, they were nice people who worked hard and did a great job.
