“I had a great experience with Brilliant Plumbers! I had a shower valve and several shut off valves replaced in my condo. It required the building to have the water shut-off for only a 4 hour period so, the work had to be done quickly. Not only was the job done well but he had time to spare! Not to mention that the plumbers for our HOA were so impressed that they tried to hire my plumber! LOL! Anyway, I am really happy with the work that was done and I highly reccomend!“

It was a big project and they did a phenomenal job! From the beginning they showed extensive knowledge and experience in this type of repair. Bert also showed interest in understanding the real issue in order to recommend the best approach and provide us with an accurate cost for the work. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and answered all my questions clearly. He sent images and videos of the work during the process to keep us informed and up to date.
