I definitely plan to use Suburban Plumbing in the future. The plumber that came out, Mike, was the absolute best! We discussed what the issue was, and he also talked about things I can do in the future to prevent additional problems. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend!!!
Mike K was dispatched for my service request. He called before arriving in time window I was given. He arrived and was curteous and professional. He asked questions to get clear understanding of blockage and also asked additional questions on potential issues I did not identify but that could be caused by blockage. He addressed issue starting with least expensive but still effective remedy and then proceeded to educate me as well. I would highly recommend and I would also not hesitate to call them again or refer others.
