“Had a wonderful experience with Stephens. As most things go, bad timing for my main sump pump to fail. It was a Friday morning and an entire weekend of rain was in the forecast. This was a disaster waiting to happen for my basement. I called Stephens in the morning. They were booked but said they'd call me back if anything opened up. I got a call a little later in the day and said someone can be there within an hour. I said I'll take it!The individual, Perry, who came was the definition of professional. Polite, thorough, and customer oriented. Diagnosed the failure, explained the solutions, and was timely and efficient in his work. My dog even liked him :)In a time of need, Stephens came through. “When moving into a new home/new town, we called Advantage Air for our annual tune up on both furnace and AC. Both times we received service that was punctual, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. But their integrity is what calls for five stars. When we needed maintenance on the 9 year old AC unit, Kelly came by to access the problem, explain clearly what was going on (refrigerant leak), offer short term and long term solutions (depending on what we were ready to spend), and circled back a few days later to access the results of the solution. There was no sales pitch to get a new unit. Offered...but no pressure. When time came to service the 10 year old furnace, we had the same experience. A nudge that the unit may need replacement very soon....but no pressure to do so. They are willing to go out of their way to accommodate my erratic work schedule and have provided additional courtesy work when that was needed, albeit not scheduled. Kelly, Steve, and Tess care that their clientele is satisfied with their service. We definitely are!“

“I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“
