111 N Oak Park Ave, Oak Park“Our children have been going to Flying V for 5 months and and they are really enjoying it! We enrolled to help our younger son overcome his shyness at school and it has really helped him gain some much needed confidence. His teachers at school have noted a change in him and we truly believe it’s because of the skills he learned at Taekwondo. In addition to the physical movements they learn, they also teach the children about respect, focus and teamwork. We love Flying V!“

6390 S Archer Ave, Chicago“When I first came to this academy, I showed up draped in another academy’s gear with the intention to just stay for a couple months and return to my old team. Many years later I’m still here and never looked back. Professor Christian and the coaches here have elevated my game and made jiu jitsu one of the biggest achievements to date. Highly recommend for anyone to come learn from the best!“
“Master Corona and T USA staff are very friendly. The classes are flexible and affordable. They teach real self defense for their Taekwondo and Hapkido programs.“

This is a great place for young boys and girls to be around positive influences that help shape great citizens of society.“
“At the moment I like the way that teacher Pedro Cardenas teaches, it seems that he is a psychologically and physically prepared person, he has a lot of respect for his students, now the lady who is in charge of collecting and I don't know what else lacks a lot of knowledge so re education of human relations, she does not have a professional way of telling you things, they do not explain anything to you and all the time she is the one who is right, it is good that she is not a teacher otherwise she would have already taken my daughter out of here.“
6AM - 12AM

The sensei Marek is very kind, genuine and shows how much jiu jitsu can positively impact a person if they simply decide to step on the mats. Try a class, you won't regret it and it just might change your life for the better.“

3935 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago“We've been coming to this dojo for several years. My 10 yr old daughter is now a blue belt. My son was doing the peewee program. Many parents practice alongside their kids. It's a great environment for kids to grow up in. It's very impressive watching the black belts do their katas in unison. We've been very happy with the teachers and the program. The owner/sensei is very friendly and welcoming. No complaints!“

“My wife heard about this place from a friend. It came very highly recommended so we immediately took our children to sign up. The first time we went, they let my kids join in the class without worrying about payment or anything. This was nice because we wanted to make sure our kids liked the place and felt comfortable. The environment and atmosphere was very friendly, positive and welcoming. Our kids loved it immediately! We registered our kids on the same day and have been going for a couple of weeks now. This school is very highly recommended and they have classes for all ages and at different days and times throughout the week.“

“(indepth review)Feeling desperate to lose weight and gain discipline, a friend of mine recommended this place. The trainers were nice enough to let me try one class for free to get a feel of things. After the class I was absolutely dead. I was tired. Exhausted. Some muscles that I didn't know I had were burning. This is a good thing. I haven't felt like this for years. Immediately I signed up for 2 years. It is difficult, yes. You will be exhausted. You will be taken out of your comfort zone. You will work muscles that you didn't think existed but I guarantee that you will feel alive and will come back for more. When you sign up you will be given two uniform shirts and a pair of boxing gloves for free. Think of this place like a streaming service. You pay a subscription and you get access to a bunch of movies and tv shows (in this case classes). You can do Boxing, kickboxing, etc etc. There are more advanced classes that you need to be approved to attend. These will have a red font. A blue font is for kids. A black font is for teens and adults.Class may go something like this:The first 10ish minutes is jogging, stretches, push ups, etc.You get a 1 minute transition period to drink some water (BRING WATER) and your gloves. You'll train, usually in pairs. This means you actually have to go up to someone and ask "Hey want to be partners?" Then after class you may do some stretches and then the fun is over.I can really feel like I am progressing and getting stronger. I have more confidence and self control. So is it worth it? Absolutely. Will it push you to your limits? Yes.edit: I still come here. Best decision I've ever made in my life. I am much more flexible than before.“

6022 W Belmont Ave, Chicago“Great people. Great training. Tough training (which is how I like it). Shihan is a very qualified instructor, and when Shihan isn't teaching, the Sensei he has is just as capable. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that this isn't the most accessible dojo. The schedule for adults (when I went) was limited to three days a week and it ended rather late at night past 10:00 PM. It was hard to catch a bus back to the EL. Be prepared to pay cash only, but well worth it for the instruction you get. Very friendly atmosphere. To dojo jest bardzo polskie. Polacy są tu bardzo mile widziani.“
“My child has been a student here for about 5 years, so it's safe to say she loves it here! So do I! Not only does she receives Martial Arts instruction, but learns important life lessons as well--things like not giving up, practice makes better, and working towards then achieving your goals! Master Garcia and the other instructors are truly dedicated and gifted! I know that my child is learning values here that will serve her well as she grows up and making lifelong friendships along the way!“
