A gf of mine always wanted to learn self defense, but she was always too nervous. I finally got her to come with me to a Muay Thai class and she was hooked! She felt comfortable enough to go on her own, and she went everyday! She lost weight and is overall more confident in herself. As ladies, we appreciate the comfortable and welcoming environment. Def bringing my other female friends here.

Been doing martial arts for 15 years now and this is by far my favorite facility- aestetically, coaching, vibe etc. Better than the LA dojos I been to. Thanks coach for proving such an awesome environment ?
