“We Hired Frank from Amalgam Martial Academy to work with kids ages 6 - 12 years over a summer camp program. What I love vs most MMA gyms, Top Notch has a Full gym that can be utilized (workout equipment-bench, dumbbells, squat rack, TRX, ETC) to compliment the full MMA layout. Which consist of wrestling mats, grappling dummies, punch bags, accompanied by a caged octagon. All a apart of the gym membership. Give it a try risk free prior to spending any $.I live in Lyons IL, its worth the travel for me. Great programs for kids as well.“

“Masters Kim and Kang are really good. I agree with all other reviews that they are extremely accommodating and I will add also hardworking. Even during covid they continued to train online temporarily so minimum classes are missed. I am amazed at how much the kids know during testing about diff forms and techniques. Master Kim is funny, fair and even strict with the students when he needs to be.“
