Great atmosphere for learning and training. No egos in this place and everyone looks oit for each others physical safety and well being. Great bunch of guys and gals to train with
I used to go there when it was in Darien in a tiny gym that was a school.Had no idea Tim was still around.So excited now I have to go back.Tim by far is the baddest guy in this game.That guy can outlast anyone.Cardio judo jujitsu he dominates all.
This place is awsome. These guys know what they are talking about. I have gone with mma guys that are pros and I able to beat them because of these guys. Thanks to Judo Tim, Rob, Nick and everyone else who helped me.
