His crew then came through to put in a new Bryant system and worked extremely hard to get everything perfectly installed in my home. Eddie and Louie were very polite, and hardworking. Anxious to do a good job you could tell. There promptness and hardwork allowed me to get everything done the same day....so grateful to them all, and happy to say my house is now toasty warm.

“I called Stephens Plumbing and Heating after I was told by another company (that I have a service plan with for many years) that I needed a new HVAC unit ASAP. They quoted me around $15K, and when the tech left, he asked how soon I would be doing this. I told him it wasn't on the immediate horizon, and after showing pictures on how bad my furnace was, he said it should be. I called this group for a 2nd opinion, and the tech, David, said while I do need a new unit at some point, he eased my mind there were no safety concerns, like the tech from the other group said, and fixed a small part rather than replacing the whole unit. So $300 versus $15K? I'll call Stephens every time.“
