The recent flooding knocked out both my funace/central air and my hot water heater. After waiting almost a week for my insurance company's vendor, they finally allowed me to search for one of my own. I called 1-800-PLUMBER, and they were here in just a couple of hours. They got my hot water up and running right away, and my furnace the next business day. Everyone, from all the technicians to the customer service people, was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and they will be my first call for any future needs.Service: Water heater installation

Needed a one way valve installed. When they arrive, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. They did the work very quickly and extreamly well. They even took the time to show me the parts that were replaced.

Quick, professional, friendly. Gave me the option to order the part needed myself, have them order, or submit claim to manufacturer to see if replacement would be covered under warranty.
