“I hired this company to do a full furnace/AC replacement. In the quoting process, three things stood out to me: the friendliness of the employees, the competitiveness of the pricing, and the fact that they were the only company that properly sized the replacement unit (we were moving from an ancient unit to a high-efficiency unit, and other companies quoted me for a new furnace with equivalent BTUs, and none of them did manual J calcs to back that up). That final point was most important to me - even if Oasis had worse pricing, I wanted the job done right. The installation had a couple minor errors, but they did not drag their feet about coming back to make everything right. “I was referred to Pro Temp of Illinois from a friend who knew Jamie, I had five quotes on replacing my HVAC and hot water heater due to being 20yrs old. Versus doing repairs, Jamie was professional and straight to the point. Didn’t ask about other quotes I had just ask what I was looking to do. When I told him all three units, he said please send me photos of your current units and spec charts. He sent me the quote the next morning and I was blown away not only with the price. The warranties as well and the actual brands. A Rheem water heater and Lennox HVAC, I scheduled the service and was done on the perfect day. Wasn’t hot at all and they completed the service same day within seven hours. I looked up all the brands quoted to me, and none came close to the quality of the Lennox and Rheem. Not only was the product better the price was $2800 less and 10 years parts & labor warranty and 20 years on the heat exchanger. Even the rep at the other company I was considering said it’s no way I can match that product or warranty. These units are whisper quiet, I had to turn down the hot water heater twice it’s so hot. I guess you don’t know your product is outdated until you get new ones. Pro Temp is top notch with us now.“

“I have been using A-Guy Heating and Air for a while now. They have been maintaining my old equipment, that was original to the house. I recently had both residences equipped with a heat pump system. The installation team was efficient and completed the job to my satisfaction and then some. There was a need for custom ductwork which they did, compared to the old installation.
