I got a facial at this Legendary with Alexis and it was a great experience.She was lovely & had a very calming presence. We chatted most of the time but I imagine if you were just there to relax and not chat, she’d also be a good person for that vibe.It was my first facial so I appreciated that she took the time to educate me through the process and I always knew what product she was putting on and what it was doing. I’d recommend her to anyone, especially newbies that might be a bit intimidated by the experience.The spa was clean and comfortable. Will be returning!

I have been going to legendary monthly (or more often) for over a year and in general, their gel overlay manicures are the best, which is why I continue to come back. But their customer service is terrible. For the third time in ~ 6 months they canceled my appointment that I booked 1 month in advance, with very limited options to reschedule with my preferred nail tech. This time, I just received an email/text that my appt was canceled with no heads up. It's been a rollercoaster ride trying to find a decent nail tech now a days. But legendary spa has me hooked ! First I visit their highland park location and they were fabulous. I found a location a little closer to me and I went in for my first visit yesterday and I can't help but feel the need to leave this review. My nails look fabulous and I owe it to Sara ! She's very meticulous and asked me multiple times if I was happy with the work so far (very conscious of my needs) I will definitely be coming back !! The girl who did my toes did not mention her name, but they were great as well !
