I'm getting married in 2 weeks and needed some basics for doing my own make up. I've been to SO many different stores for this purpose and always left feeling judged after saying I was doing my own wedding makeup. Today, Katherine walked me through step-by-step some amazing recommendations and tips for applying make up for special occasions. She made the experience so relaxing and informative AND I walked away wearing makeup that made me feel like the best version of myself. Thank you, Katherine! Gigi is also super helpful and wonderful. Great store. I'll be back for all of my beauty needs.

gigi was such a wonderful person to be around. and she listened to me and what i needed. i am more than happy with the knowledge and service of gigi. she was such a positive light that made me feel great with or without makeup. but i ended up buying her recommendations as she showed me how to work with my unique features and made me feel beautiful. my esthetician recommended this place. and i see why! thank you gigi for making me feel beautiful!

First time shopping at Bluemercury, amazing costumer service. Reyes @ Bucktown was so helpful and informative. I usually shop @ Credo I could have easily bought some makeup brushes @ Credo but the costumer service is so poor lately. Reyes not only informed me about products but introduced me to some amazing brushes and taught me how to care for them and sold them to me. I will continue to shop @ Bluemercury and Reyes will always be my to go to! If you are in Bucktown ask for Reyes if you want an amazing experience and great products!
