I had a bunch of questions about what was going on and he was very patient and polite and explained things to me and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking the questions . I truly appreciated this . Today the same issue occurred and Brady came back and fixed the issue again and dug deeper to the issue. Found out that our property has septic (we did not know) . Alex then came a few hours later and dug and drained our septic tank , once again very polite and explained things to me very well and didn’t make me feel dumb. He was even cracking jokes and had a great attitude about a “crappy” situation. I truly appreciate both of these people for the positive attitude from a frustrating situation. thank you so so much !!
