The staff was wonderful. I got my septic pumped and it was great for 2 days. Then my toilet backed up again and wouldn't flush. My septic tank is completely full again. My next step apparently is checking my drain field.

Express Septic did an inspection on a septic tank at a property my husband and I are purchasing, when they reached out to make the appointment she was so nice, answered all my questions. I received text communicated before the appointment, I received a picture of the gentleman that coming out, and when the inspection was complete he took the time to explain his process and findings, answered my questions and even though it was super cold outside, he didn't rush me off the phone!I highly recommend Express Septic & Drain Cleaning.

Service was quick and on time. The scheduling staff is friendly and professional. Mike is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. He explained the process and gave good advice. I highly recommend them.
