Hello, my daughter's home had no heat. She is disabled and getting too cold was an issue. I called Beacon and they came out the next day. John was so helpful and kind.When I told him we need the furnace and air conditioner installed that day before my son in law got home from work, he called another technician and within 30 minutes they had finished with minutes to spare.My daughter and I were also wrestling with her dog. Each time someone new çame into house, he would bark. By the end of service John and others were best of pals with Parker.Truly, "stop freakin' and call Beacon!" You will not be sorry!
Jonathan your awesome! When he showed up he was ready to diagnose our water heater witch turned out to be 20 years old. He hooked us up with with a new one and got it all installed and up to proper code.If there is anyone out there I highly recommend Jonathan!
