It was a pleasure having, Jack, inspect our heating system today. He was very thorough, took pictures, put together a report, explained everything he saw and either fixed or adjusted our unit to improve the life of our system. He made recommendations for other products/services that he felt we could benefit from, but at no point did I feel pressured to spend more money than I wanted to. I've never used Express Plumbing Heating & Air before, I took a chance and joined the Express VIP Club. The interaction with the staff over the phone and Jack on-site at my house, made me feel a lot better about diving in as a VIP member. My AC unit at my home went out during the start of a heat wave. With 4 dogs I needed my unit fixed ASAP. Called in they were very friendly and professional, and got a tech out the next day ( faster than the other places I called ).Stephen came to my home identified the issue and fixed it in a timely matter while explaining what happened. Also gave me some tips and recommendations to keep my unit healthy and running efficiently. 10/10
