Konfrst tree service removed a large silver maple. They did an excellent and quick job of it. They cleaned the area up better than it was before. Also, the stump Guy did an excellent job of removing the large stump. Cleaned the area up and added dirt and in a few weeks will be ready for grass seed. Tim and his team at Century Asphalt were great! They were recommended to us from the City of Council Bluffs and they did a great job on our driveway. Their quote was very reasonable and Tim answered all of my questions about asphalt. Their crew worked hard at our house and made sure everything was done well. John was the crew leader and made sure my husband knew what was going on and took time to answer his questions. They were also kind and moved their equipment when our neighbors needed to leave their house. We would recommend them!

Ron gets it done. The fact that when you walk in each and every time you know who is going to cut your hair or give you a shave. You can't find that in a chain store. For a $20 bill he will get you on his way in a hurry. That comes with experience.

I have been going to Jusy Nails for about a year now & have had great experiences with the exception of one. After the negative experience, the next time I made an appointment I told the guy (may be the owner) that I didn’t want the same tech ever again bc he messed up my pedicure. No worries; haven’t had him since & have never seen him again. I always get shellac on my natural nails & wont let them grind It off with their grinding tool & they are very accommodating! Always great experiences & super friendly staff! Very attentive to their clients!

delores is amazing. I got scared at the last salon when my beautician became very shaky and she wouldn't listen to what I needed. I wanted blonde highlights and I would always come out with Carmel. She would always tell me I think this looks better on you. Never listened to me and we'll don't get me wrong she did my hair for my wedding very nice. But delores first time in here. And she made me feel like I have been going their for years. She listened to me and we got a plain in motion. For the first time I have my faith back in hair dressers. Hired Davey on the suggestion of my neighbor that used them as well. I had a 30' tall maple tree within 15 feet of my house. Davey came in and removed the tree without even hitting a gutter. Ground the stump down too without having to move a bunch of landscape rock. I'd hire them again. And strongly recommend them.

A place where, pet owners/pet parents can feel safe. They are a vet clinic and offers boarding this is where your pet should be. we went for a vacation, came home and picked up our pets and i complained when I got home because my puppy wasn't acting normally. I got a call within the day so they can get my pet checked up, and they were able to reassure me that my baby is doing fine in his stay. Hearing those words makes my anxiety went down. 10/10 for keeping my pet safe.
All of the small clinics around my immediate area were closed so we had to take a chance on the Velley View clinic to get our 19 year old diluted tortie cat seen. We knew it was likely her time, as sad as it was. The staff got us in the same day and gave us well over an hour and a half to decide to euthanize her, and spend the time with her before during and after. I was very impressed with how sympathetic and patient the staff was with us at such a heartbreaking time. In the future, I will be bringing my animals here for everything. Years ago we had visited this vet & did not care for the care the rude people at the desk and the vet care. A couple of years ago our dog had gotten bit and needed care. This vet worked her in & I could not believe how caring, thorough & friendly everyone was, also the cost was very comparable or better than other vets. We have brought our dog here since then & the care is phenomenal. Thank you all for the great care you provide!

I did love this vet. I've been going there for years. Dr. Jody and Dr. Jill literally saved my dogs life! But...who are these people working there now. I go there and do not know any of the vets. Was there a complete staff change and no one relayed that to your clients? I'm confused. Honestly, I wasn't happy with my last visit. I took my dog in because he was/is having trouble breathing. I have no idea what is wrong with him. The vet (sorry, I don't know her name, because I was never told what it was) asked me what I wanted to do about it? Ummm....I brought him to her because I didn't know what was wrong, let alone what to do about it! I left with a drug that doesn't work, and a dog who's breathing is becoming worse daily. I'm afraid to bring him back for fear I will be made to look stupid again.
I have used Strobhen for both my dogs and now we bring my in laws dog as well here. When my beagle Daisy got sick they were my first call. That day they couldn’t get me in so I took my dog to the cb walk in clinic vet and they just told me that she had the dog flu. When she didn’t get better and was getting worse they were able to get her in fast. They did blood draws and a bunch of other tests but nothing really jumped out. I've noticed that people either tend to give a five-star or a one star on most of their reviews. Especially when it comes to massage businesses. But when you actually read those reviews, you'll find that most of the problem is created by an ignorant customer.
Anyone who knows anything about Asian massage parlors, knows that there is going to be a communication problem. I never have any problem because I use Google translate. I'm not advocating that app particularly but it does what I need. And there are many other translator apps out there. Using a translator app makes the whole procedure so much easier.
I had Jenny as my masseuse. It was a very good massage. Jenny is polite, skilled, and professional. She focused only on the areas I requested, and gave a full 60-minute massage. The clock didn't start until she entered the room, and aside from leaving to get a hot towel, Jenny did not leave the room until 60 minutes was up.
The storefront could use a little jazzing up, but inside it is a very clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment. I found the room to be very calming, but I would have liked a little soft music. On the flip side, Cozy Spa doesn't overwhelm you with perfumey kinds of scenting. Places like that always wind up irritating my allergies, so even without the music this was much more relaxing. I took off a star for lack of music, and I felt like I had to wait a little too long for Jenny to come in. But once the massage started, it was fantastic. They are so close to five stars though, I kind of feel bad giving only four, and I deliberated on it for quite a while. I will definitely be here again, and hopefully I will be able to give them a full five stars next time.
I was not pressured for a tip in any way. Those who pay any attention to current events, or graduated highschool, should know that the masseuses in these parlors only receive a tiny portion of the massage fee. They very much rely on tips for the majority of their income, typically. Anyone going to an Asian massage parlor should know that. I always tip a minimum of 20%, because they rely so much on tips for income. Anything beyond an average massage I tip at least 40%. I'm sick of all these people, who probably have money to throw away, complaining about having to tip at these massage parlors. If you want to go to a place where you don't tip, go to one of the super expensive chain massage places and pay your overpriced membership for subpar massages. But if you have a triple digit IQ, give Cozy Spa a chance. USE A TRANSLATOR APP. It is not their fault if you do not communicate what you want, when it is so simple to do so.
