I was thrilled to find a massage therapy place in Council Bluffs! Life Dimensions by Iiona is conveniently located and easy to find. My massage therapist, Charla, provided an outstanding experience with the deep tissue massage! The establishment and staff are professional and comforting. I’m definitely going to make this a place to frequent!

My first "real" massage. AMAZING! I had a massage with Ashley last week. I still feel great. I'm a wimp (really, haha), I was worried about deep tissue work, but she did a wonderful job, and really gave me relief. I will be back!
