Dale and his team were amazing! They arrived the same night as our water overflow emergency and prevented any mold problems or additional damage. We are extremely thankful for their prompt response. In addition, they were very friendly and understanding, taking the time to patiently address all of our concerns. They made sure to check on the progress of the fans and drying process every day, and even sent us a text message beforehand to ensure that we would be home when they visited.
