The staff is friendly and helpful. I love Dr Jackson! She's pleasant and always very thorough during the exam. She answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand the answer.
This was my first appointment with Midwest Eye, great experience right from the beginning at check in, precheck with Assistant, and ending with exam with delightful Abby, interested in my eyes and there needs, but also took a moment to learn a little bit about me personally made a great experience for me.
Dr. Jackson is just fabulous.She's super friendly, courteous, and professional, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a straightforward, understandable manner. Highly recommended for annual exams and when issues arise!
