“Had 2 really great experiences with A to Z lately. Unfortunately needed a water heater replaced and then had an unrelated leak in our upstairs bathroom. Both times A to Z was able to squeeze us in early so if you called and were told a long wait time don't give up hope! They really mean it when they say they will call you if a slot opens up earlier and I really appreciate that about this company! The dispatch system is also great so you know exactly when a plumber will be arriving.“

“Our geothermal quit working with sub-zero temps coming for the next few days. Our old unit was not repairable but they had a new unit in stock and installed it the next day. “No matter how many times you call nobody returns your call which isn’t great. But the long weekend I ran into trouble I somehow got Mr Nelson on the emergency line. He came out to fix my water heater. I was so happy about that and this is why they get 4 stars. They only accept checks or cash which is a bummer. So if you need something done you have to see if someone will answer the phone between 8am and 1pm. Otherwise dial another plumber.“
