Wonderful! Would recommend Custom Climates to anyone! Great value, and the owner took time to find rebates for me and patiently showed me how to use my new thermostat. They didn’t try to oversell me and I really appreciate that as a single woman who doesn’t know much about HVACs. He could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but told me that the standard HVAC system would work perfectly and I didn’t need a “Cadillac” for my townhome. I’m confident I got a great price because I price shopped and I discovered that Carrier is a top ranked brand. It was hot, our A/C had pooped out, and we were looking for immediate service. We weren’t the only house in town needing help, because nobody was returning our calls. Nobody, that is, until we tried Custom Climates. Ryan made a point to fit us in his already busy schedule and came out to our home that same day. With his associate Allen’s help, they attempted to get our AC back up and running, but regardless of their attempts, our unit wouldn’t function. Ryan and Allen replaced a malfunctioning heat pump for our geothermal system which was a big job and I would highly recommend them. Impressed with their knowledge about geothermal systems and their attention to getting my heat back up by staying late one night until it was installed.
