“No matter how many times you call nobody returns your call which isn’t great. But the long weekend I ran into trouble I somehow got Mr Nelson on the emergency line. He came out to fix my water heater. I was so happy about that and this is why they get 4 stars. They only accept checks or cash which is a bummer. So if you need something done you have to see if someone will answer the phone between 8am and 1pm. Otherwise dial another plumber.“

“I called Brandt Heating and Air Conditioning to service my gas fireplace and they had a back log but put me on a waiting list. Within a week they were able to schedule me in. The gentlemen who serviced my fireplace called a head of time to keep me informed of their arrival. They were professional and polite. They had my fireplace up and running within 30 minutes or so. They cleaned and serviced my fireplace. They were neat, tidy, polite, professional and friendly. They took very good care of my needs. I highly recommend them to others. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them in the future.“

“Davis was sent to repair a heating unit where I reside, and the service was fantastic! The heater at a place that I rent stopped blowing hot air overnight and by 8 am I received a call that someone would be by at 1 pm. Brian from Davis was 15 minutes early, professional, and courteous.
