I called Dave at 8:30 am about my grandson's mobile home furnace not working. By 9:30 am it was repaired and running. I can't say enough about the prompt no nonsense service, as he had all the parts that needed replaced in his service truck. There's no better service than that. Thank you Dave!!

Dave has installed two air conditioners for us at two separate locations. Both times he was awesome! Fair price (much lower than another quote I received), professional and knowledgeable. So I am thinking my AC going out on July 4th weekend might be the worst timing ever but what can you do. Start calling around to be greeted with either voice mails or the 'we will call you back'Last night wasn't the worst night to have it out but then get a call at 8.15 from Stepp asking me if he could stop by, this happens, he realizes we need a new wheel and by 10.30 this morning they are back and have my AC back up and working.I can't emphasize enough how impressed I was with the overall service and how quickly they had me back up and running.
