“A bit apprehensive for my first appointment here. Brenda the receptionist is sweet. I had informed my regular doctor that what I was hearing or not hearing was a bit off enough to get it checked out,Different exams with ear Bud like items placed in your ears. You just sit and do nothing while high, medium and low sounds are heard.You then go into a little booth and signal the doctor if you hear something. Finally you repeat words after Dr. Mary Ellen.Results are shared and solutions given. No pressure just go home and think about it and get tested again in 2 or 3 years.“

“This review is after 7 months of first class service. I've been seeing Dr. Brenden Kim for my chiropractic and Tammy for my masseuse needs. Dr. Kim is the best in the business. He explained everything in detail during my first session. He's very welcoming, friendly, and shows so much care. Dr. Kim actually spends the entire session with you (other practices don't). I've been to multiple massage practices but no one compares to Tammy. She's very knowledgeable, well rounded and experienced. I didn't forget Noreen (receptionist). She's wonderful, friendly and easy to talk to. The entire staff are warm and wonderful people. They make you feel welcome. I'm glad I found this gem and ain't considering anywhere else.“

“I made an appointment to treat a bad case of vertigo with Dr. Hisami Oba at the Kaiser Permanente Mapunpuna clinic. I had been suffering for 5 days and couldn't keep anything down. Dr. Oba and her nursing team went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Her MA offered to take me to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription in a wheelchair and her nurse, Kelly Veneri, provided IV fluids and kept a close eye on me while I was being treated. I'm so grateful for them and the care I received while feeling terrible. So happy to be a Kaiser Permanente member. Much mahalos to Dr. Oba and the rest of the KP staff at Mapunapuna!“

“I have never had a bad experience here. From getting checked in to getting my medication from the pharmacy. Everyone here not only shows aloha they embody the essence of it. I can’t say enough about the nurses and doctors. When one leaves and we go through the process of a new doctor can be scary at times. But each time we have not had an issue. “I have been going to Straub Pearlridge for PT. Before my knee surgery, my PT gave me 2 orthopedic doctor's names. Called his office, got an appointment to see the doctor. Very nice and personable. He went above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Dr. V. His PA Kirsten is also very nice . So happy i went with him. Happy about my PT too. Their front desk is staffed with great people too Thank you all!!

“I would beg to differ regarding the less than favorable reviews because the night of my husband's sleep study, Angel and Julie were truly amazing techs who took great care of "uncle Bruce!" Although I did not overnight it with him, when I picked him up the next morning he nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Angel who greeted us when we first got there was a wonder at her professionalism. She as well as Julie both have magnetic personalities and truly makes a person feel very comfortable. I commend them for their sweet and funny personalities because we arrived smiling and left there happy and impressed!
