Kaiser Permanente Kapolei…you all are miracle workers! I was feeling so lousy, and through bloodwork & treatment, the staff was so kind & uplifting! The Doctor was so helpful & thorough & the nurses on point! Definitely felt better having been there! Excellent in health & wellness! ? ❤️??

I had a wonderful experience at the West Oahu office today. We are vacationing here and my daughter did not feel well, I brought her in thinking she could be seen in urgent care, not realizing it was by appointment only. The ladies at registration were so helpful and pleasant. Got all my info right away and booked my daughter an appointment with a pediatrician within 30 minutes. We were seen by Dr. Udayappan who was excellent. She was prompt, thorough and addressed my concerns. I am so grateful to have been able to get such quality care. My daughter was nervous to be seen in an unfamiliar place and they made us feel at home. Thank you for all you do!

Went for my mother's follow up appointment, was greeted upon entry. They offer a kiosk to check in, as well as the option with a live person. Waited with my grand nephew in the waiting area. Picked up a Covid home test, was given one as a member and advised of the shortage. Mom's doctor moved to West Oahu from Waipio is the reason we come to this location, she's happy with him ( Dr. Christopher Young) . While waiting, my sister went with Mom since we had our little one on Fall Break from School. I observed the helpfulness from the staffs on the floor when patients 1st walk in to direct them to where they need to go, Lab, Pharmacy. Imaging, FLU or Covid Shots. Etc..
