I feel so happy & uplifted after my visit with my doctor. He took his time addressing ALL of my different concerns regarding my health including my recent lab tests. It makes me want to do better in taking care of myself. He is very smart & knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor. Thank you Kaiser!

I'm never disappointed when I go here. The check-in desk is very helpful, even the security guard is very helpful. The clinics staff nurses are pleasant and makes you feel comfortable on each visit(my doctor and staff my me feel like family) Kaiser is never the "in 1 minute then out the next", always listen when I have or think I have problems. To me that's hard to find sometimes.

A quick review of Kaiser's Mapunapuna location... I'm not a Kaiser member (used to be many many years ago) but came here to get my 2nd monkeypox vaccine shot. Everything went smoothly from checking in and registering to getting jabbed and waiting the mandatory 15 minutes to see if you have any kind of allergic reation. I was dreading coming to Kaiser because of my not-so-stellar experiences when I was a Kaiser member back in the early 90s. Thankfully I had nothing to be concerned about because it all seemed very efficient and organized. They even validated the parking so there was no cost at all. Overall it was a really good experience.
