Each is uniquely qualified and both have first-hand experience playing at the next level which gives them a deeper understanding in what they want to accomplish when they train. That next level mentality is passed on to the athletes when they train so they develop both physically and mentally. As with everything, you'll always get back what you put in so the results will coincide with the effort... But if you dedicate all of yourself to the process, the sky's the limit with these guys. 1 on 1 trainings are worth every penny as the focused attention allows the workouts to have a higher intensity and impact on you/your athlete. We moved to Hawaii in May 2022 and I had to find a new hairstylist yet again! Yelp helped me to find O salon which houses many stylists including Erin. I had her fix the haircut I gave myself on my long hair and decided I trusted her to cut my hair SUPER short! Which is a huge deal for me. She did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and working within the confines of the hair I have. I just went back for my 6 week trim and she nailed it yet again! Maria is so sweet and welcoming, she really knows how to work with curly hair, she was able to straighten it out nicely. She listened well to my requests for my haircut and only trimmed up to what was needed to get rid of the damaged ends. I felt well cared for and in the end I looked so pretty, I wanted a break from my curls which I hadn’t done in over 4 years and she did a great job, I know it’s not easy to work with thick curls plus I have a lot of hair! I definitely recommend her, you can rest assured that she will take good care of your hair.

I was in desperate need of a haircut because my last one had not been for about two years, and things were getting out of control. I found this place online and it came well recommended. Normally, I would not consider a hair salon in a tourist area, nor a Japanese type salon because my hair is definitely white girl wavy. However, because it did come so nicely recommended, I decided to check it out. The staff is definitely from Japan and Japanese speaking, and I know that my hairstylist did not understand much of what I said, but despite that, my haircut was great. The one thing that I did not like was I asked her to put my hair in a ponytail before cutting it off so that I could keep the 12 inches of hair. She didn't understand me - although I said it twice and she nodded like she understood. And then all of a sudden my hair was on the floor, had never been ponytailed, and by then it was too late. The hair treatment before the cut was absolutely luxurious. I got an amazing head massage and shampoo and conditioning. I would go back just to have that done every now and then because I love my head rubbed. It was a bit toasty in the salon that day because it was August Ish, but they were nice enough to aim the fan at me to keep me cool the whole time. My cut came out great, my hair was so happy afterwards, and I would most likely go back again. The price was great as well. The salon was easy to find and they gave me a few dollars towards parking expenses, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend them, but if you have any specific instructions, make sure you find someone who speaks fluent Japanese and English to translate.
Today was my first time at Mehana Salon and I had a fantastic experience with Jenny. She fit me in last minute, was incredibly friendly and treated me with aloha. Jenny is truly great at texture and really listened to my needs. The parking was easy, and the location felt very welcoming, clean, and professional. The entrance might look more like a home than a business, but you're welcome to walk right in. Inside, there's a reception counter, and her studio is well decorated with a customer focused atmosphere. For a stylist with 20 years of experience, the price was very reasonable. Plus, they offer convenient online booking services for new and returning guests. Highly recommend Mahana Salon!

It was about 10am, there was no wait. I knew there might be a line by the time I got there (I was coming from Ewa Beach).Checking in: There is a screen showing the waitlist. I was at the top with 4 people behind me. The worker was assisting another person but checked me in right after. NOTE: if it’s your first time there they will need your address to put you in their system. There were 3 stylists (sorry if that’s not the proper terminology). Two were in the process of cutting hair and the third was assisting the guests checking in. After checking in I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called.Haircut: My stylist asked what I wanted. Verified the length with me (I was cutting almost 12 inches off). What I appreciated was she had me stand up to check the length. I always worry the haircut will be too short because I’m sitting and tend to slouch (even when I try to sit up straight). I also did layers and she checked the length of the layers with me, which (again) I appreciated, because I liked to tie my hair back so my layers can’t be too short.Overall: I’m a very low maintenance person when it comes to my hair. I don’t color it, I don’t style it, I don’t use any special products. I just need my hair shortened and layers redone, nothing extra. I’ve been going to salons and spending $60+ just to cut my hair (they also shampoo & style/blow dry it after, which, I don’t need/want). I was so happy to give Great Clips a try (noticed it after going to Curry House)! I will definitely be coming back! 10/10 recommend!

Other than fact I walked in there and absolutely BUTCHERED the homie Kamalii name, it was literally a perfect experience. It's like if Van Gogh was reborn and instead of picking up a paint brush snagged a pair of clippers. Aside from the fresh fade and edge up, the music was a vibe and Kamalii killed it. Over all good dude with a passion for his family and his profession.

As a returning customer, I love the staff here! Everyone is always so pleasant and friendly. I always receive high quality services and there are so many spa treatments to choose from. The spa is always clean and organized and everyone feels welcome. Sometimes I come to the spa without an appointment (because I am always working and my schedules are tight) and the staff will always try to accommodate me. I love coming for mani/pedis but just recently added waxing and lashes to my usual services. I feel like a new woman every time I leave their shop. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who is needing pampering.

We were visiting family and decided to get our nails done. They took my daughter and I as walk-ins, super quick and no wait. I needed a soak off and hard gel manicure, and my daughter was getting a full set and waxing her eyebrows. They did a great job on my nails. I really like this place, they are very punctual and fast. Everything is scheduled and structured to time. I did recently have a little issue but the manager gave me a call and cleared up any ill feelings I had. It was a minor setback that's been cleared. The do clean work, you won't be disappointed.

Not only did he far surpass my expectations as I feel 100 percent better but everyone is so nice, they got me in quickly and the studio is clean and zen. I will be back weekly if I can afford it. My favorite lash supply! Lash Meka makes the best lash adhesive I've tried so far. When I made the switch to Lash Meka products, I got such positive feedback from my clients!! No more stinging watery red eyes from glue fumes (which made for better after photos as well!). A lot of my clients even saw improvement with retention and come to their fill appointments with most of their lashes still in tact! Might not seem like a big deal, but using better products has helped me level up my business and keep my customers coming back. I truly don't trust anyone with my hair except for ALYSSA. I started going to her back in 2020 & I started off with just a simple haircut. My hair was completely black, never been dyed before. Over the years I've gotten braver with what I wanted to do with my hair & every single time Alyssa always was very supportive of all my crazy hair ideas. I went from dyeing my hair red to pink to purple-pink to ash blonde to light brown back to red-pink. My hair journey has been a long one but every single time Alyssa has never disappointed. I tell her over and over again that I am hiring her to do my hair for my wedding (when I get married) and she will continue to do my hair till the end of time. She is so amazing, knowledgeable, and skillful at what she does One of my favorite things about her is she is always transparent with what she can & can't do. This means that she never sugar coats and makes promises that she can't keep. She walks you through the process of how to achieve your hair dreams & always explains what she is doing as she's working on your hair. She'll also give you advice on what products to use and how to maintain it. I have received multiple compliments from friends, colleagues & even strangers on all my hairstyles & I always refer them to her. Absolutely fantastic. My sister and I booked the organic facials with Beatriz and it was amazing. We were so impressed with her service. The facial was soothing and relaxing. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep. I barely felt the extractions and my face was glowing after. The facilities are also very nice and luxurious. Definitely a great way to spend a few hours.

I had placed a request in with American Home Shield to get my two toilets fixed. The very next morning, I was contacted by Charles, from action plumbing. He was the most courteous person that I've ever spoken to in the phone. ( could be his accent or how he'd refer to me as "ma'am" even in texts) He was able to squeeze me into the schedule the same day. Nathan arrived right on the dot of scheduled time. He worked quickly and neatly. He had the replacement parts all ready to go...and he was done within 20minutes.

Island Contractors was a very professional group to have worked with and hire. They completed a master bathroom renovation and the outcome is stunning. From the communication on anything new as well as helping to make sure the process went smooth. While in our home all employees and workers were polite and very respectful. If we have any other things to get done we will definitely be calling them again.

It also wouldnt take as much time to complete as other contractors noted.He was able to do the work I requested that same week.The day of the job, Kai was professional. Setup area well, ensuring everything was covered. Told me how long to expect the work to take and the amount of noise.The only hiccup we had (not to their fault but something to be aware of) is their powerful tools used to cut the tub, shorted out the circuit. All we needed to do was reset a few times. But it delayed the worker about 30 to 40 mins.Other than that, the Tub to Shower cut out looks amazing and my 81 yr old father is safer and happy!

During and post pandemic, Job/dental insurance loss caused adjustments to many dental insurance plans which caused my family to lose access to scheduling our dental appointments with Gentle Dental Makakilo/Kapolei Office for 2 years. Recently we were able to resume our dental health needs back with Gentle Dental Makakilo/Kapolei Office. My family arrived for our appointment a few days ago, Cheryl (manger) welcomed us back. New to us, front desk assistants Tesia and Taryn warmly greeted us and answered our many questions. The office is emaculate and decorated very nice for the current holiday, Jennifer my original dental hugienist, saw my name on the schedule prior to my appointment, so she switched patients with one of her colleagues so I could be her patient. My premier Dentist Dr Janice Lee is, a highly skilled/highly trained dentist who has helped me and my husband maintain optimum dental health with a confident smile, and we are in the Kupuna Generation. Dr Lee's amazing dental assistant Vince, knows what she needs before she asks. This Gentle Dental Office is a real Gem on the Leeward side of Oahu. My family felt as though we had come home. Our appointment was on a Thursday which seems like a good day to schedule an appointment. Me and my husband are so happy to be part of the Gentle Dental Makakilo/Kapolei Family.

Ke Ola Mamo sent me to KMI for massage therapy on my left shoulder. Rani gave me a 1-hour full-body massage. I was pleased to learn that she is a traditional lomi practitioner, who has studied western methods as well, so she is very knowledgeable in how to release tension. The massage was very good, and she found just the right spot in my shoulder blade, although I feel that my muscles could benefit from a bit more pressure.

Such a great place, everyone is so friendly, the hours of operation allow for so much flexibility, and above all, excellent treatment, and attention to detail. Really beautiful interior, everything is clean, everyone is concerned about your comfort. All of the therapists are either in training or Licensed, but all of them, whether in training or fully licensed have been phenomenal.

I am forever thankful to my cousin for hooking me up with a birthday gift, that keeps giving 3yrs later. I signed up after my massage and have enjoyed the benefits of having my Massage Envy membership. The facials, massages, and even added extras are always amazing.
You do need to be sure you stay on top of scheduling for each of your appointments. I make sure that immediately after each session, I schedule my next visit for the following month. But, their text list is always great as well to inform you if someone cancels so you could get in sooner.

I have been seeing Henry on and off for several years for an assortment of ailments. He listens to my concerns and comes up with a plan that truly feels like "magic happened".
