I had placed a request in with American Home Shield to get my two toilets fixed. The very next morning, I was contacted by Charles, from action plumbing. He was the most courteous person that I've ever spoken to in the phone. ( could be his accent or how he'd refer to me as "ma'am" even in texts) He was able to squeeze me into the schedule the same day. Nathan arrived right on the dot of scheduled time. He worked quickly and neatly. He had the replacement parts all ready to go...and he was done within 20minutes.

Nate was AWESOME! He called to confirm appointment the same day and came the next day to fix our water heater! He was on time and fixed it within the hour! He really knows his stuff and I would recommend Action Plumbing to everyone for they are GREAT, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND ON TIME!!!

We had an emergency with our fridge and a few other things we have neglected that needed to be fixed. Nathan was able to help us fix everything we needed within a reasonable time and window.I prefer to search for smaller companies to work with and support local. Nathan did such an amazing job. He was responsive and was able to accommodate us on the same day as contact. I appreciate his help and him accommodating us on short notice. And his pricing is definitely reasonable. I reached out to a few others and professionalism is the difference between him and the other companies. I will be contacting him again for future assistance!
