Haven’t been to the dentist in a while. Decided to choose Rainbow Dental because it’s convenient to where I live but I can now say it’s been an experience like no other in a good way. The dentist has changed from before, more high tech to where taking X-rays are really easy and has been painless for me. I kind of enjoy going to the dentist now without any fear. I totally recommend Rainbow Dental, I’ve already told my family about them.

The dental hygienist was fabulous. The forms I filled out online to update my medical history were full of misspellings and typos. I told the front desk if they printed it out I could make the corrections, but they said, “We’ll take care of it.” I felt from then on they had a bit of an attitude with me. I’m a physician so I recognize misspelled medication names and misspelled medical diagnoses easily. I would have liked to help but they just didn’t seem to care. I feel it’s unprofessional to have forms with so many misspelled words. We’ll see if the corrections happen or not.
