He works with his trainer (Jackson) to adjust based on his week's games, school, and practices. They talk about nutrition, stretching, and how to maintain his overall health. This is the second workout facility we have visited and we prefer Rapid more because they take into account the individual athlete and his/her specific needs. It is not a set program or template...they adjust constantly.“
