“Derek was engaging and friendly from the second I walked in the door. He made eye contact and I was made to feel very welcome. I happen now n by chance actually. I had been turned away from America’s Best ( where I was a customer well over a decade ) I had an old pair of designer frames I wanted to have my into reading glasses. I explained the situation to Derek and he immediately told me what he could do for me, and not what he couldn’t. He told me that he can have them for me in one week. I was overjoyed!
