I love Clayton Eye Center my doctor is Dr. Chen love him. The only issue I have is their billing department they are awful it took 6 months to clear up a payment that I made on their website and sent them a copy of the payment.
Dr. Joon Kim was thorough, pleasant, and answered my questions. He and his staff conducted a thorough, efficient and timely evaluation at the Newnan office. He recommended that I defer any interventions for the time being with yearly follow-up visits to my opthamologist.
They Will Not Let You Know When Certain Insurances Are Not Taking There Any More They Just Want You To Come In So They Can Make Some Money And They Will Send You A Bill In The Mail For Something That You Don't Owe And Think They Can Talk You Into Paying It And They Don't Like It When They Can't Trick You They Are Just Scammers, And Since They Don't Take Your Insurance Any More So They Can Try To Make More Money I Have To Cancel My Appointment And Go To Another Eye Doctor And They Even Have Bill Colecteters Sending A Bill To You What You Don't Owe
