“I made an appointment for a very overdue eye exam at what I thought was this location. Turns out I made it at another location and didn't have one here but they accept walk ins which was great! There was also an issue with my insurance and the staff/office manager/Dr. Choe *all* helped me get a hold of who I needed to speak to so that I didn't have to pay full price. Dr. Choe is so lovely and very knowledgeable. My exam was super quick and painless, definitely opt in for the retinal scan if you're able to! I picked out new glasses and the opticians at the counter were really nice too. HSA is accepted here as well if you have that option through work! Highly recommend this location and staff“

“Warby Parker has been my go to for glasses for years! This location had good service and a greats selection of glasses per usual. I came in to get my glasses adjusted, thinking that anyone could do it but apparently it can only be done by an optometrist. I didn't mind waiting but it did end up taking about 20 minutes for her to become available. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking to have your glasses adjusted in store.“

“Amazing care and service exceeds expectations. Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors I’ve received care from. She is thorough, attentive, and pleasant. She answered all of my questions and genuinely seemed to care.The service there is outstanding as well. I recently had to have a pair of glasses repaired that I purchased from Windsor over a year ago. Despite having nothing to do with the frame getting damaged themselves (was likely caused by another eyeglass shop) and the frame being out of warranty, Windsor repaired my glasses for free— I didn’t even make the request. 12/10 recommend.“

“I had brought in a pair of eyeglasses that were almost beyond repaire. Or so I thought. I was hoping maybe , by a miracle, I could get them straightened up and tightened . They were so bad I had to sign a waiver that said, You may not get these back in 1 piece. And I understood. They were bad. Let me tell you something, that gentlemen brought my glasses back to me like they were brand new. I couldn't believe it!!! I don't know that getlemens name, but please give him a raise. He's got magic fingers. I absolutely love this store and I will always come here for my eye needs. Thankyou again.“

“About a month ago, I escorted my mother to a location in ATL for a follow-up visit. I was impressed with two busy secretaries while my Mom filled out the usual forms. One employee named Star came to my aid after a trip to the cafeteria with an array of tips and information as to my mother's circumstance. She had a very pretty associate who got up and left, but it was definitely Star time. All in all, this trip proved to be a very sure step in my Mom's recovery.“
“I came across them while shopping at Walmart. I was checking to see if they accepted my insurance and if I could schedule an appointment. Foster was extremely helpful in verifying my insurance and having me seen same day. I was even able to get their line of glasses cover through my insurance. The Staff and Doctor was very nice and informative. Answered all of my questions and even assisted me with my groceries (I'm 9 months pregnant and was only planning on scheduling an appointment). I highly recommend this office and team!“
