Had a really good experience at the shop in Ponce City Market (Atlanta). The eye exam with Dr. Bridges was informative, and the representative (Rachel) helped me find a nice pair of sunglasses. Would recommend!

This was the first time I had ever been in a Warby Parker. I've had the same frames for over a decade and felt it was time for a change. The staff at this location is so friendly and made some great recommendations. There were lots of shoppers especially for a Monday, and it's clear the staff isn't there to make a buck to meet corporate quotas; they genuinely want everyone to find frames that look good, express personality, and fit the face well. Every set of frames in this store are high quality and the prices are actually more reasonable than comparable high-end eyeglass stores. I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker today. I was greeted and checked in immediately upon my arrival. Everything was explained to me in detail and the exam was very quick. The sales representative, Zarinah was very helpful and had great energy. I will definitely come back and refer others as well.
