Place is clean and doesn’t reek, sauna is good and smells like old wood which is nice, and the weights aren’t withered and old like they are at some places.
Also a big fan of the human centipede mural in the dumbbell room“

“Mary has been awesome to work with! I had over 50 pounds to lose, and in the 2 months I've worked with Mary, I have lost about 16 pounds.
Mary is a super clean eater and VERY discerning about the quality of food she chooses. She created a very doable plan I was able to stick with and succeeded.
She is a great champion and is always timely with lots of great feedback on a daily basis. Every morning I would wake up and her messages would be waiting for me. She not only looks for the best adherence to the macros, getting enough protein and fiber, but she made great recommendations for very healthy products.
Mary is not shy about telling you the shake you're drinking is garbage because she only wants you to consume the best and those products will enhance your performance - either in weight loss or workout results.
Moving on, now, to my next phase, I'll keep Mary's voice in my mind and every time I reach for something to read the label, it will always have a "what would Mary tell me?" approach. I really appreciate everything Mary taught me!“
